This study examines the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Coherence within the context of leadership. It first outlines the theoretical foundations of both concepts, emphasizing the characteristics of leaders with high Emotional Intelligence and the types of coherence associated with effective self-regulation and decision-making.
The empirical approach was based on interviews and the use of standardized measurement scales. The findings indicate that higher coherence is positively associated with senior positions in the hierarchy, while demographic factors such as gender and educational level influence emotion management and leadership strategies.
The results highlight the complementary role of Emotional Intelligence and Coherence in enhancing leadership effectiveness. Finally, the study acknowledges its limitations, including sample size and focus on a specific sector, and suggests future research exploring different contexts and larger populations.
