Since the beginning of the 21st century, various changes have occurred in human
habits and how citizens act in every area of their lives. These changes have brought
about a modernization of the means people use, through the utilization of services
has contributed to the digital transformation and increased use of digital media in
many conditions of human everyday life. Digital transformation refers to the
increased use of digital tools for every area of business life and everyday life in
general. In this way, the use of digital tools has been extended to the entire daily
life of businesses that in turn try to remain competitive in a modern and fully
competitive environment. Digital transformation's influences on the business
environment have affected Human Resource Management in their effort to
harmonize with modern requirements. The use of digital tools by Human Resource
Management is a critical issue, as apart from businesses, employees are called upon
to harmonize and employees to the new conditions. This means that employees are
called upon to enrich their digital knowledge, while companies, for their part, need
to design from scratch their entire structure, operating procedures, and business
culture. Within this context, this thesis aims to study the use of digital tools in
the Human Resource Management of Enterprises.
