The purpose of the present work is to research and analyze digitalisation in business and in particular the communication segment to ensure uniform and unbiased information at all levels. We will find and address businesses' need for digital communication as well as the disadvantages of existing solutions to come up with an "innovative solution".
This solution will be a model where we will gather all the information into one tool so that there is no clutter of information in different media.
We are going through a period of digital transformation, and the changes are rapid at both the administrative and operational levels. It is especially important that all employees are provided with timely and accurate information in an easy way that will enhance their integration into the whole and at the same time prevent them from viewing information as a chore or obligation.
Our goal is to study the means available to keep all employees up-to-date on all issues related to the business vision and strategy and all the latest news.
First, we will look at business digitization, what is digital transformation, what are the challenges that are faced on a daily basis, what technologies are being used, and how can an organization that has integrated digitalisation into its processes succeed.
Next, we will focus on digitalizing communication and how integrated communications will increase the effectiveness of internal communications.
Next, we will focus on internal and external business communication since digital change involves not only internal communication between staff but also external communication with suppliers and customers of the organization.
Our main concern in this work is to present communication as a key factor in the organization and operation of a business. Finally, we will conclude this work by formulating the conclusions we have drawn from this study.
