The purpose of this assignment was to approach the field of investment evaluation under conditions of risk and uncertainty, while drawing conclusions on the extent to which Greek companies currently use techniques to assess the risks associated with their investment activities.
From the analysis that has taken place, it has been shown that the largest greek firms are more oriented towards the use of risk management methods and tools in their investment activities than small and medium-sized enterprises, this being justified by the fact that they are progressing to higher - risk investment projects but also have increased financial and technical capabilities in relation to small and medium-sized enterprises.
