In this study, the main objective will be to investigate the creation and maintenance of a competitive advantage of a business. In our case, EasyJet was selected.
In relation to the structure of the study, it is divided into six chapters. Initially, the first chapter is used to introduce the reader to the subject of work with an introduction to basic concepts, a reference to the purposes of the work and the methodology used.
The second chapter of the study analyzes some basic theoretical terms such as the competitive advantage and the role it plays in the types of markets. The third chapter of the study puts the concept of strategy and analyzes the components that express it.
In the fourth chapter of the survey a general analysis of strategic management and its stages is made, which is analyzed in detail below, in chapter five, including the strategic exploration of EasyJet.
The sixth chapter of the study was used to accommodate the conclusions and suggestions that emerged from this analysis.
