The following thesis, in summary, is the backbone of the management and personalized control and re-distribution of the assignment work as well as the new UAT-Staging add-on to support complaints management and proposals of the internal human factor (logged on users) on the already existing design.
In the above addition, the criteria of the secure (minimization of the existed risk as possible) personalized process of the data entry on the web & mobile portal system must be secured, handled and controlled as much as possible. (secure data input)
As far as the export, control and approval of the above data is concerned, the human factor is also taken into account as the human resources department (OTE HR) is active and present at all stages of the analysis process.
All in all, worth mentioning is the fact that data protection & analysis of employees' system inputs and choices are stored internally for historical reasons and personalization of future processes of registration of all types of permits, as well as complaints management and employee satisfaction. The above historical data is now parsed on the group's legacy systems and is accessible only to specific HR employees and not to all of the people who are active in HR department.
