The aim of this thesis is to present the case of floating tourist accommodation establishment in Greece and particularly in Lake Heraion (Vouliagmeni), located west of the Isthmus, and also located 16 kilometers from Loutraki (N. Corinth), after the village of Perachora and just 1.5 hours from Athens. When we say "floating accommodation" means a fixed floating structure on a lake, ie. without being able to move, which will provide tourist services.
This possible installation is particularly interesting, since it is a case that does not even exist in the Greek area. This innovative idea, then, is a new service that contributes to achieving the need of tourists for something different than the usual hote, so it will be and ecological consciousness. In this way this is an emphasis on alternative tourism.
This feasibility study has been prepared for educational purposes and may some of the components used is not absolutely accurate.
