The present diplomatic thesis deals with the development of a web application on the science of Meteorology and the terms that it uses. Aim of thesis is the planning and the manufacture of dynamic web page with an emphasis on the graphic statistical data from a database of National Weather Service, but also to inform the user about the climatology and the environment, two of the most important and most serious issues facing humanity worldwide. Therefore due to the fact that the monitoring of weather conditions and the establishment of databases, and as such, it contributes to local scale in the study of climatic characteristics, to improve weather forecasting, but also to verify meteorological forecasts. In addition, the development of the site is designed in such a way that it gives the user the possibility of full information useful links relating to Meteorology, but also gives the communication with the system administrator with the feedback form or e-mail messages. In the following sections is explained in detail the design of the site, the construction, the structure and the use of and on the part of users, but also from the side of administrator. In conclusion this thesis constitutes an effort of briefing and information of public regarding weather historical data-reports, but also an effort for awareness in relation to climate changes and the impact they can breed.
