This master thesis deals with the design, analysis and development of an application with Google maps. Two technologies are mainly used, namely Codeigniter and XML-RPC,to communicate with a web service and to present data from a database. The main objective is the appearance of real data on a map, in real time. For the application development technologies were used were Codeigniter, Xml-Rpc, Php, Html, Javascript, Jquery, Google Map Application. The analysis and the design were based on object oriented techniques (uml diagrams).
