Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the creation of an e-business that provides products and services to customers based on the Group Buying model. First there is a throwback from the beginning of the Group Buying model in China till its spread worldwide such as the rest Asia, Europe, America and Australia. It introduces the web page it is created how it works, i.e. the process by which customers select the products that interest them and make their purchases. Through a successful example it is proved that the advantages of the method outweigh the disadvantages. Then it introduces the business plan through the company description, market analysis, formulating the marketing strategy, the financial plan and the SWOT analysis.
