This thesis examines the impact of digital transformation on the human factor in hotel enterprises in Greece. In the context of rapid technological advancement and the need for competitiveness, the hotel sector increasingly adopts systems that redefine operations and labor relations. The study analyzes how technological innovations affect efficiency, organization, and decision-making, as well as the new demands they create for training, adaptation, and skill development of personnel. Through theoretical analysis and literature review, it is highlighted that digital transformation is not merely a technological change, but an organizational and cultural transition, where the human element remains a decisive factor for success. The research emphasizes that the balance between technology and the human dimension of hospitality is critical for the sustainable development of Greek tourism. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the complementary relationship between technology and the human factor. Finally, strategies are proposed to strengthen human resources through continuous training and the creation of a culture of innovation.
