In today’s fast-paced world, where social and professional demands are constantly increasing, preventive measures in the field of education are imperative to help teachers protect their mental health. The purpose of this thesis is to design and develop a digital course focused on cultivating mental resilience and preventing professional burnout among educators. The course consists of four micro-lessons that address the understanding of burnout and its causes, the recognition of resilience and its supporting factors, the implementation of preventive strategies and stress-management techniques, and the creation of a simple personal resilience plan. The instructional design of the micro-course aims to empower teachers by providing practical tools for self-regulation and self-care through the flexibility of asynchronous distance learning. The use of digital tools such as Google Classroom, e-me, Genially, Canva, and H5P enhances interactivity and contributes to a more personalized and engaging learning experience. This thesis aspires to present a model of a digital course that serves as a practical and sustainable training tool, helping teachers cultivate resilience, prevent professional burnout, and respond more effectively to the challenges of everyday school life.
