The purpose of this paper was to investigate the implementation levels of business leadership and innovation in hotel businesses. In addition, the aim was to investigate the relationship between the application of entrepreneurial leadership and the levels of innovation in Greek hotel units, but also the relationship between the adoption of entrepreneurial leadership and innovation and the levels of competitiveness in Greek hotels. A quantitative survey was carried out, in which the research sample consisted of workers employed in Greek hotels of all categories. The research sample was gathered through purposive sampling and the research tool was a questionnaire sent online to Greek hotels. The response rate of Greek hotels in this survey was not very high. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. The research results showed quite satisfactory levels of application of entrepreneurial leadership (M= 3,71/5,00) and equally satisfactory levels of innovation (M= 3,64/5,00) in Greek hotels. For the creation of the variables of entrepreneurial leadership and innovation, factor analysis was conducted. The Greek hotels that were better positioned in the competition were those with the highest levels of innovation, as well as the highest levels of adoption of entrepreneurial leadership, as was shown by Pearson correlation tests. In fact, it was found that hotels with more years of operation tend to adopt business leadership to a greater extent. Finally, Pearson correlation test showed a positive and statistically significant correlation was found between innovation and entrepreneurial leadership (Pearson= 0,767, sig.<0,005), while both positively influence each other.
