The purpose of this thesis is to first give the reader a clear understanding of both the hard and soft skills of educators in higher education. Then there is clarification about higher education concerning the skills teachers should have in the specific jobs. Also, it was considered important to mention some ways that soft skills are applied in higher education. In addition, it was considered necessary to record the opinion of the students regarding the professors and how they themselves judge the behavior of the professors towards them during the lesson.
For this purpose, three questions were set as research objectives and they were investigated through primary research with a research tool, a questionnaire which was posted on "Google Forms" and answered by one hundred and sixteen people. The answers were recorded, and the results showed student’s opinions regarding the behavior of the teachers in higher education. Also, the data is presented in pie charts and analyzed quite a bit during the thesis. At the end of the paper, some conclusions are recorded regarding the results of the research, and some suggestions are made for further research.
