This thesis focuses on the design and development of an online micro-MOOC course to enhance differentiated teaching skills for primary physical education teachers. The need to develop these competencies arises from the diversity of students' learning styles and abilities. The course aims to provide teachers with the tools and knowledge they need to adapt their teaching according to the needs of each student.
The micro-MOOC was designed based on the principles of micro-learning and the use of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Multimedia approaches such as videos, presentations and interactive activities were used to enhance learner engagement. The work involved developing the educational content and evaluating effectiveness through data collection and analysis from participants.
This work provides an innovative framework for the professional development of teachers through online learning. It offers new perspectives on the integration of differentiated instruction in physical education and sets the stage for future work on the use of MOOCs for professional skills development.
