An organization will need to adapt to new data, address potential risks, and take measures to ensure its continuous development. Adaptation often requires change and reorganisation. Change management makes the organization flexible and contemporary, as it ensures that the upcoming changes will be implemented with as low risk as possible. Any modification made to an entity is considered as a change. It may involve changes in management and capital, in operating and procedural methods, in human resource management, or even changes in the final product or service provided. Changes are categorized according to the level of the organization they originate from, as well as the size and the field of the organization they target on and can be combined according to the needs of the company. For their successful execution, specific steps must be followed to ensure control and prevent the company from deviating from its objectives. As part of the thesis, a case study of the company "X" was examined, documenting its needs for change, the reasons causing these needs, and at the last a relevant proposal for improving the company's performance is presented.
