Fast-moving consumer goods, due to their low cost and short shelf life, command high consumer demand prices. These products are sold in high volume and at a low profit margin, making the fast-moving consumer goods industry a special product category. The main components of the structure and operation of FMCG supply chains are infrastructure (facilities), transportation, inventory and information flow. The coronavirus pandemic crisis has drawn attention to the ability and fragility of the FMCG supply chain to serve and meet consumer needs, with supply chain disruptions and changes in consumer behavior suggesting the need for a new focus across all processes involved in the production and distribution of goods to final consumers. The pandemic brought the food and fast-moving consumer goods supply chain to the fore, as all sectors involved in the fast-moving consumer goods market were significantly affected. Consumers' insecurity when visiting brick-and-mortar stores and their desire to reduce the frequency of visits to the above-mentioned places have led to an increase in online food shopping, as well as an increase in alternative ways of receiving it, such as home delivery, click method away and the drive through method. In addition, phone ordering increased, especially by seniors and people who were not familiar with technology. After completing the theoretical approach and analysis of supply chain management, Logistics and the FMCG market in this paper, a survey was prepared with a sample size of n = 816 participants - consumers to investigate their consumer attitude towards FMCG and the way their characteristics influence consumer purchasing decisions and attitudes.
