Humble leadership is a new form of leadership that has attracted the interest of researchers and academics and is considered important for the personal development of employees at both individual and collective levels. This specific research was conducted to explore the relationship between humble leadership and psychological capital.
Data collection was carried out using an electronic questionnaire distributed to employees in the tourism sector. In total, 220 responses were collected. The questionnaire includes demographic questions, such as gender and work experience, questions about the humility of their supervisor or manager, as well as questions related to psychological capital.
The results of the research showed that there is a moderate correlation between managerial humility and psychological capital. Although there is a correlation between the two variables, it is suggested that a more in-depth study should be conducted with a larger sample of participants.
