The thesis "Visual Aid Android Application" presents the development and evaluation of an innovative Android application designed as the final project for the "Advanced Information Systems - Software Development and Artificial Intelligence" master's program of the University of Piraeus. The “Visual Aid App” application was created aiming to provide a complete set of visual aid functions to the user by leveraging the functions from Google's ML KIT Android Application, the sensors of Android devices, the camera and the Android OS Environment.
