Digital Transformation refers to the process of using digital technologies to create new or modify existing – business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market demands. The purpose of the existing research work is to focus on the integration of digital transformation in the retail market. More specifically, we investigate the sportswear retail sector, which is part of the largest retail category, through the analysis of a company in the market. We analyze the practical implications of the theoretical approach through the implementation of a specific digital transformation plan, following all modern trends and literature, while the research methodology used was through personal observation.
