This study aims to collect and analyze data in order to present the current form of the tourism industry after the implementation of the virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies. Furthermore, the current study focuses on the perceived value of these technologies by the consumers and the way it has evolved as a result of their progress and the needs created by world crises.
