This thesis deals with the development of a business model for the analysis, evaluation and forecast of investments in start-ups for all sectors of economic activity in Greece. The phenomenon of start-ups is a business trend of the last eight years for the Greek business ecosystem, which shows strong investment interest. At the same time, in the last three years the development of the ecosystem of start-ups in Greece is characterized as rapid, but at an early stage compared to European data. The conception, therefore, of the idea for this particular issue stems from the business attractiveness demonstrated by the start-up business model, and the emerging need for a deeper analysis and decoding of the value of these businesses, as well as the prospects of development and interest that have the opportunity to present. The domestic ecosystem of start-ups has been decoded in terms of the number of companies that operate in the form of the specific model, and have been included with their data in the National Register of Start-ups "ELEVATE GREECE". In the newly established register, all start-ups in Greece have been registered and all their details have been recorded. Specifically, the register lists for each company separately, its name, the sector in which it operates, the technologies it uses, the region in which it is based, as well as the total financing funds that each one has received. The purpose of "ELEVATE GREECE" is to highlight Greek Start ups and to provide added value to the entire ecosystem. However, the National Register of Young Businesses does not calculate the value of each business in the ecosystem, but also the prospects it may present. Therefore, the proposed subject of this work emerges at a significant level useful, as by implementing a model-computer tool for analysis, evaluation and prediction of the value of a start-up business, it automatically makes the ecosystem more attractive for investors. Therefore, the purpose of the work is the implementation of the specific tool, with which start-ups will acquire a higher bargaining power, knowing their value, but also their prospects, while at the same time investors will have the option of choosing to invest in an ecosystem with analyzed data, assessed values and with time immediacy. The aforementioned feasibility of the work is proof of the originality of the subject, as a similar or the same model-tool does not exist in Greek data, and the study for its development and implementation will be based on international standards.
