The purpose of this paper is to study the standards of justice in economics.
Originally studied social welfare and social justice by clarifying the content of the two
concepts. Subsequently studied concepts about social justice.
The second chapter studies the fair allocation rules. Shown are four principles
of distributive justice and specific compensation and ex post equality, reward,
exogenous rights, relevance, reference to the test method and the classic problem of
equitable distribution. Then refer to equitable distribution and particularly in
comparison to the equal distribution and non-sovereignty.
The third chapter examines the way in which fair sharing a cake using specific
algorithms. The issues addressed are the pie deal with proportionality for n = 2:
cutting and selection, the proportionality of each n: dubins-spanier & even-paz, the no
envy n = 3: selfridge-conway and studying Aumann and Maschler
The fourth and final chapter cites two examples of distribution of a paternal
property and claim rights by a company that went bankrupt under the standards of
justice, and the conclusions drawn from them.
