The subject of this particular graduate thesis is a topic I had wanted to study for a long time. Innovation is a way of thinking, which has to do with all the stages of business development. It is very usual for businesses to look for new products and new markets so that they can survive as well as expand. A very important factor for a business with an innovative character is its employees, since they are responsible for creating new products or services. This creation is possible to happen only if the business manages to make its employees feel satisfied with their job and work environment. While working in a private school, I tried to record the opinion of the people who work there regarding their satisfaction level. Private schools have a special character since, even though are businesses, at the same time their educational character often seems to be more prominent. For this reason, an empirical research for the purposes of this particular graduate thesis was conducted, in which only a number of employees working in private in Athens participated.
