The training as a motive factor of human resources. Case study : National Bank of Greece

The objective of this study is to examine whether the training of staff can be a motive factor of human resources, considering in particular the case of the National Bank. The findings from the survey in trainers showed significant conclusions regarding the methods used by the National Bank. The fact that officials of the National Bank engaged in education shows that the Bank considers education as an important issue and has particularly invested in it. This is a evident, that the bank wants to offer her employees high-quality education, with people dedicated to this subject. The research findings suggest a contradiction between the answers of educators and learners. An important part of the trainees are not sure of its development through education and demonstrates a significant problem in education applied or may not lead to the expected results due to the need to support the development of education. Although it appears that the majority of employees education received may constitute incitement factor, however, have been found an important part that is uncertain about it. This means that the theory expressed by the trainers identified gaps in the training of the Bank.
