Συμβάσεις Επιπέδου Υπηρεσιών (SLAs) σε cloud και outsourcing υπηρεσίες
In this thesis developed under the Master Plan “Techno – Economical Management of Digital Systems” examines the Service Level Agreement (Service Level Agreement) - SLA to external (outsourcing) and cloud computing (Cloud) services. More specifically, the study begins with an analysis of key concepts in the Service Level Agreements so as to clarify meaning and to identify those positive characteristics that make it necessary to FAC in an organization. Then the study followed the presentation of the concept of outsourcing and cloud computing services, which are a sub - type of an exogenous service, described in detail the basic characteristics and the types and covering within the business needs. The research focuses on outsourcing and cloud services and then selects the appropriate SLA that will be applicable and support them in the best possible way. For the completion of this study follows the case study selected specific organization on which to apply the FAC to become more visible role for the organization and to identify potential weaknesses.
