In recent years, phenomena concerning the working lives of people, including employee relations, safety professional life, efficiency and mental and physical health, concern the researchers and managers internationally, in an increasing way. The purpose of this study is to investigate some factors that influence the quality of working life of employees in the private sector, through an exploration of the current Greek social and professional reality. Therefore, it was attempted to make a research concerning the phenomenon of organizational communication, leadership, change management and job satisfaction, while a main objective was to investigate the correlation of these phenomena with specific demographic data such as gender, age, marital status and educational level. The survey was conducted in Attica in arandom sample of 50 employees in the private sector, specifically in the company MARS HELLAS. The measurement of the scales was conducted with the use of a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The majority of the survey results confirmed most of the initial hypotheses our research, leading to the conclusion that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between leadership and operational communication, change management and job satisfaction, and between the administration changes and job satisfaction. In addition, some correlations between the independent variables and demographics were spotted, such as a negative correlation between gender and Corporate Communication scale and Leadership scale. Finally, there were some significant differences between the independent variables and demographics, such as Business Communication and gender and leadership and gender, but also between Business Communication and educational level, and between the change management and educational level.
