Human resources strategic management in business
This paper studies and analyzes the content of strategic HRM and correlates it with staffing measurement and evaluation tools. Concerning the theoretical part, the study begins by referring to the process and role of human resources management, the selection of staff and the competitive quality that employees can give to a business. Subsequently, the performance measurement and evaluation tools are analyzed, with some of them, the procedures, parameters and conditions required for effective information in the business. Then, the research part begins, where using a questionnaire a realistic survey of executives on the above is made.
