This paper deals with Human Resource Management but also with the benefits of this important feature, i.e. Communication, in the proper operation of a business. It also deals with the leadership profile of the supervisors and the proper implementation of the strategies set by the Management, the structure of the hierarchy and how Communication with its advantages could balance and bring the best qualitative and economic results for business, reducing costs, saving time and increasing productivity and efficiency.
