| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η σύνταξη μίας μελέτης η οποία θα αφορά στην δημιουργία ενός ΝΠΔΔ μη κερδοσκοπικού χαρακτήρα, που θα είναι ιδιοκτήτης και φορέας διαχείρισης του συνόλου των εγκαταστάσεων του έργου. Για το λόγο αυτό, θα γίνει συνοπτική περιγραφή του έργου και θα παρατεθούν οι περιοχές που αυτό θα εξυπηρετήσει. Θα αναλυθεί το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης των καταναλωτών των ΔΕΥΑ και θα παρουσιαστεί το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο που αφορά στη διαχείριση και προστασία των υδάτινων πόρων. Θα αναπτυχθούν οι παράμετροι, τα χαρακτηριστικά, το πλαίσιο των σχέσεων και της λειτουργίας του εν λόγω φορέα. Θα επιχειρηθεί η εκτίμηση των εξελίξεων του μόνιμου πληθυσμού, των τάσεων της τουριστικής κίνησης και του ζητούμενων από το έργο, ποσοτήτων νερού, και θα συνταχθεί ένα επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο. Τέλος, θα παρουσιαστεί η πρόταση της παρούσας μελέτης και τα συμπεράσματα του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου. | el |

| dc.description.abstractEN | The purpose of this essay, is the preparation of study that refers to the establishment of a non-profit Public Law Entity, which will be the owner and form the management body of the facilities of the project. For this purpose, the essay will include a short description of the project and of the areas which will be served. Following that, the service level of the consumers will be analyzed and the laws that refer to the management and the protection of the water resources will be presented. In the essay will be described all the parameters, characteristics and frame of relations and operation of the said body. An estimation of the development over time of the resident population numbers, of the tourist business tendency, and of the future requirement in water from the project will be attempted and a business plan will be developed. Finally, will be presented the proposal of this study along with the conclusions from the business plan. | en |
