Abstract
The purpose of this essay, is the preparation of study that refers to the establishment of a non-profit Public Law Entity, which will be the owner and form the management body of the facilities of the project. For this purpose, the essay will include a short description of the project and of the areas which will be served. Following that, the service level of the consumers will be analyzed and the laws that refer to the management and the protection of the water resources will be presented. In the essay will be described all the parameters, characteristics and frame of relations and operation of the said body. An estimation of the development over time of the resident population numbers, of the tourist business tendency, and of the future requirement in water from the project will be attempted and a business plan will be developed. Finally, will be presented the proposal of this study along with the conclusions from the business plan.
