In this paper reference is made to contemporary theories of learning and teaching, with emphasis on Adaptive Hypermedia Systems. Also, it mentions the various models of knowledge representation, focusing on the model of stereotypes and the holistic model and it deals with the Adaptive Presentation, Adaptive Navigation and the term "distance learning / e-class». At the end of the first section it sees whether and how new technologies affect the course of Printing Technology of Professional High Schools and what happens in the Greek educational sphere. In the second part of this thesis, according to the rules of software design and principles of the theory developed in the first part, it implements the educational program by submitting the objectives and capabilities of the application. Also, it is analyzed its functionality and evaluate its using according to the design guidelines. This application is a training software for the course of Printing Technology of the third grade of Professional High Schools.
