The present thesis aims at analyzing and promoting the most important mechanisms and programs of banks restructuring as well as resolving the financial crisis. The results that follow on the last chapters are also analyzing the different types of crisis, the ways that they spread and the consequences in the monetary and banking crisis. A brief reference to the causes, the differences and the similarities of the crisis serve the purpose of understanding financial crisis of earlier and present times. In order, the above chapters, to be thoroughly understood the proceeding presentation is necessary, due to the complexity of the financial system and the information asymmetry. The difficulties, also, that appear during the current and future evaluation of a bank, are responsible for the disorientation of the economic system.
