Moreover, attempts analysis of the event if the ICT (information communication technologies) in educational practice can offer more than the multimedia and educational television, although the use of ICTs create new educational situations and help achieve the learning objectives, and if there is increased efficiency in educational activities leading to new knowledge and linking teaching with experiential learning.
