Through the present thesis it is examined the contribution of decisive human factor in the development of enterprises. Initially it is attempted the study and analysis of the parameters that contribute in the development of enterprising activity while simultaneously the paper analyzes the structural elements of human resources department in combination with the aims and the utilitarian value of its role for the strategic development of an organization or an enterprise, in the constantly hostile enterprising environment of the current economic situation. The literature review of the present dissertation in combination with the discoveries of the case study analysis of the achieved course of Piscines Ideales present clearly the significant contribution of the human factor as a lever in the shaping of an enterprise's course. The abovementioned fact constitutes the main reason of the selected methodological approach of the present work which was based extensively on the thorough use of bibliographic reports combined with the close analysis of the crucial elements which summarize the corporate profile of Piscines Ideales Company.
