The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the contemporary educational landscape renders targeted teacher professional development imperative, emphasizing the pedagogical utilization of new media alongside technical proficiency. This thesis focuses on the design, development, and evaluation of a Digital Training Guide, utilizing the platform Redmenta - AI Content Creator for Adaptive Learning as the central environment for the creation of adaptive learning content. By incorporating AI functionalities that support the creation, evaluation, and adaptation of material, this platform offers novel possibilities for the implementation of personalized instruction. The primary objective of this study is to highlight AI as a tool for substantial pedagogical empowerment. The Guide was developed within the Google Classroom environment as an asynchronous program, founded on the principles of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL). The content is structured around the three functional pillars of Redmenta (Create, Evaluate, Adapt), combining theoretical grounding with authentic scenarios and multimodal material, such as presentations, videos, rubrics, and interactive worksheets. The indicative examples included do not serve as prescriptive solutions, but rather as sources of inspiration and creative adaptation, encouraging the educator to develop personal strategies for utilizing the platform. For the evaluation of the Guide, a specialized rubric was utilized, demonstrating high levels of pedagogical and functional adequacy. Concurrently, qualitative feedback from fellow educators was considered, focusing specifically on the effectiveness of the Redmenta worksheets. Conclusively, this thesis documents that the pedagogical utilization of Redmenta, within the framework of the proposed Guide, transforms Artificial Intelligence from a technological challenge into a strategic ally for the educator. This approach encourages the innovative integration of intelligent learning systems (AI-powered adaptive learning) and reinforces data-driven decision-making, establishing a sustainable model of adaptive and inclusive education.
