Modern entrepreneurship operates within a volatile environment, where successive crises and rapid technological advancement make business transformation a prerequisite for sustainability. This thesis examines this multidimensional phenomenon, extensively analyzing the pillars of Digital, Organizational, Strategic, and Environmental (ESG) transformation, alongside the specificities of the Greek business landscape. The study aims to investigate how these dimensions, combined with organizational culture and leadership, shape employee perceptions. The methodological approach is quantitative, based on primary research conducted via a structured questionnaire with a sample of 150 employees. Data analysis was performed using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression. The findings reveal that technological support provided by management is the strongest predictor for the success of digital and organizational transformation. Conversely, the adoption of an ESG culture is primarily influenced by employees' individual adaptability to new technologies. Notably, demographic characteristics were not found to have a statistically significant effect, suggesting that transformation is a matter of culture and psychological readiness. The thesis concludes by highlighting the need for a holistic approach that integrates strategic resilience with workforce empowerment.
