The subject of this thesis is the protection of fashion creations, both in the real and in the digital world (digital fashion), depending on their respective consideration and/or use, namely as registered designs or models, as works of applied art, or as trademarks and distinctive signs of enterprises. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of the applicable legal provisions and the relevant Greek case law, including protection under the rules on unfair competition, and presents some of the most well-known disputes in the international fashion industry.
