| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο μελέτης της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η προστασία των δημιουργημάτων μόδας, στον πραγματικό και στον ψηφιακό κόσμο (digital fashion), ανάλογα με την εκάστοτε θεώρηση ή και τη χρήση τους, δηλαδή ως κατοχυρωμένα σχέδια ή υποδείγματα, ως έργα εφαρμοσμένων τεχνών, ή ως σήματα και διακριτικά γνωρίσματα επιχειρήσεων. Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται αναλυτική αναφορά στις εκάστοτε εφαρμοζόμενες νομικές διατάξεις και στη συναφή ελληνική νομολογία, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της προστασίας με βάση τις διατάξεις περί αθέμιτου ανταγωνισμού, ενώ παράλληλα παρατίθενται κάποιες από τις διασημότερες αντιδικίες στον διεθνή χώρο της μόδας. | el |
