Abstract
This thesis focuses on the development of an online store that delivers a personalized shopping experience. The e-shop enables users to receive product recommendations tailored to their interests and needs, taking into account their preferences and browsing history. At the same time, it offers features that make it easier for customers to search for and discover relevant products, creating a pleasant and user-friendly environment. Personalization is achieved through straightforward tools, aiming to respond quickly to customer needs and to build their trust and loyalty towards the store. Initial results indicate increased satisfaction and a greater willingness among users to make future purchases.
