This thesis designs and evaluates EduCoach, a digital e-Coaching program for 5th–6th grade elementary school teachers, based on the GROW model, with the aim of their professional empowerment and support in the transition to high school. Theoretically, reference is made to the school transition, the influencing factors, the role of the teacher as well as the gaps in the systematic preparation of teachers. Then, Coaching in education and professional development, the GROW model, digital training environments and e-Coaching are analyzed. Reference is also made to the concept of e-learning and its benefits, the Wix digital environment, while the shortcomings of studies on Coaching and e-Coaching, the absence of systematic use of the GROW model in Greek Primary Education and the necessity of creating a program with targeted design and harmonized with the SDGs 4/10/17 and DigComp 2.2 are listed. Methodologically, a Design–Development–Formative Evaluation approach is adopted. The program is developed in a digital environment (Wix) and utilizes collaboration tools (Padlet, Mentimeter, MS Teams, Canva), reflection (Reflective Journals) and AI (e.g. ChatGPT/HypernaturalAI). The purposive sample concerns 20–25 teachers in Attica with an average experience of ~8–12 years. Data collection includes pre–post questionnaires (Google Forms), thematic analysis of qualitative impressions and methodological triangulation. The results show significant improvement in all individual indicators while the limitations concern the small and local sample, the short duration (9 weeks), the use of self-reports and the dependence on digital skills. Sample expansion, long-term monitoring, comparative studies with other training models and in-depth study of student-centered indicators are proposed. Overall, EduCoach emerges as a sustainable, flexible and innovative e-Coaching framework for Primary Education.
