This thesis focuses on the design and development of six digital microlearning lessons
through the e-me platform, aiming to support lower secondary school students who face
difficulties in reading comprehension and written expression. The lessons utilize tools such
as H5P and are structured according to the principles of differentiated instruction, multimodal learning, and active student engagement. Each lesson follows a clear structure,
includes scaffolded tasks, and connects with real-life themes relevant to adolescents. The
instructional design is grounded in the official curriculum for students with learning
difficulties, the guidelines of the Greek Institute of Educational Policy, and current
educational literature. These microlearning units are intended for use in inclusive classrooms
and aim to foster expression, autonomy, and equitable access to learning for all students.
