School violence and bullying are increasingly prevalent problems with a complex nature, affecting students’ psychosocial development and the smooth functioning of the school environment. This Master’s thesis focuses on the design and development of a digital experiential course aimed at training teachers in the prevention and management of school violence, utilizing the E.VI.E. Protocol (School Violence and Bullying), literature as a tool for fostering empathy, and modern digital learning tools. The course was developed based on Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, which provided specific steps for structuring experiential learning experiences, and the Socratic method, which enhanced active participation and reflective thinking among educators. During the development of the training program, emphasis was placed on understanding the concept and forms of school violence, recognizing psychosocial indicators, creating prevention strategies aligned with the philosophy of the E.VI.E. Protocol, and using literature as a prevention and intervention tool to cultivate empathy among students. The digital course, structured into four micro-lessons and enriched with multimedia content, offers a comprehensive training framework that can be applied in both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments. The contribution of this study lies in highlighting the need for teachers’ continuous professional development and knowledge enhancement, as school violence is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon.
