This thesis focuses on the development of a self-study digital learning module on "Byzantine History" designed for fifth-grade elementary students to enhance their home study and practice experience. The project presents a digital course based on contemporary pedagogical practices of microlearning that creates an interactive educational environment through quizzes and oth-er engaging activities, while utilizing digital tools such as Google Classroom, Slido, and Padlet. The course aims to upgrade the educational experience and strengthen students' self-regulation skills.
