This thesis focuses on the design of a digital learning program to address burnout syndrome in operating room nurses. Burnout is a major problem in the health sector, especially among nurses working in surgical departments, due to high levels of stress and constant exposure to emergency situations. The aim of this paper is to analyze the needs of operating room nurses and to develop a customized digital training program that will help to identify and address burnout. Through the study of the factors leading to burnout, and based on the data collected through questionnaires, a four-week program was designed, focusing on mental resilience, stress management and professional well-being of nurses. The findings of the study demonstrated the need for an educational program that offers practical solutions and tools to address burnout and improve the quality of care provided by operating room nurses.
