The research examines the importance of cooperation with international brand operators in the tourism and hospitality sector, focusing on 5* Resort Hotels. It was based on data from organisations such as SETE, HCH and HHF. At the same time hotels in the industry such as Domes Resorts and The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton used the best management model from international brand operators and details how they implemented the management. It highlights the importance of choosing the right brand operator for successful management and promotion of the accommodation. Management by an international brand operator helps to improve competitiveness by offering an advanced guest experience. It also focuses on the benefits for the owner, such as increasing property value, reducing operational risk and success in attracting luxury markets. The thesis presents strategies for improving business performance and guest experience by enhancing the sustainability of lodging through management agreements. Collaboration with international brand operators is shown to be a critical factor for the growth and success of hotels, especially luxury hotels, in Greece.
