This thesis conducts a research on how a small Greek enterprise applies, or even has the capability to apply the fundamental tools and techniques of the Total Quality Management with the aim to be reorganized. The sole purpose of every enterprise is to develop and establish themselves in their field of operation. A very important practice for the achievement of this goal is the certification of all those procedures, unique to each enterprise, within a spectrum of a Total Quality Management. Every enterprise is certified according to the practices given by the ISO 9001 system. However, the subjects taken into consideration are the following: to what degree they have introduced these practices into their daily operations, the changes needed to facilitate the establishment of the new infrastructures, as well as the attitude the CEOs are obliged to adopt. Moreover, this study describes and examines, through the perspective of the employees, the current situation of the case study. At the same time, their reaction towards new proposed changes regarding the procedures, which determine the operation of the respective enterprise, is evaluated. To achieve the purpose of this study, one-on-one interviews were carried out with employees who hold key positions for the smooth running of the business within the enterprise. For the implementation of these interviews, a questionnaire with open-ended questions was created. This questionnaire was answered by the employees who were asked to openly express their opinion for any proposed future changes and suggest improvements to secure a better performance of their tasks.
