Assessing financial performance and robustness is critical for any company. This gives the general direction of a company to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses compared to other similar companies in the industry. The information obtained from the analysis of financial ratios is important not only for a firm's manager but also for stakeholders to make informed decisions. This study is an evaluation of GENERAL MILLS INC. by adopting financial ratios analysis, weighted average cost (WACC) and discounted cash flow (DCF). In addition, a brief report and analysis of rival company NESTLE's ratios is also provided. The data is taken from the company's financial statements over the course of 4 years.
