Abstract
The developement of technology, has bring many advances in businesses who always search ways for improvement and progress. Customer Relationship Management is the most effective method for maintaining and developing client's relationships as it is a customer -centric system. For Shipping Companies good communication and relatioships with customers are vital. A factor where Crm can been used with great results is Chartering which is a sector with many presonal interactions and includes cooperation between different sides. In this context, the current thesis analyses technology and its effects on CRM of shipping companies.
