The aim of the "PharmacyOnAppDelivery" application is to allow the interaction
between the pharmacy and the patient. There are a lot of cases where there is a need
to preorder the pharmacies which are not so popular in order to be available. With this
application the patient can choose the pharmacy of his desire, send the order and the
proposed date of deliver and the pharmacy can modify the order and reply to the
patient about the availability and the date that he can deliver the order. The role of the
pharmacy in the application will allow him to schedule the orders on specific dates for
each patient individually. The purpose of this process will help the pharmacy to better
organize the orders he must make on the pharmacy warehouse and define the
priorities especially on drugs that are more specific, like cancer drugs. The role of the
patient in the application will be an easy. He can choose from which pharmacy he
wants to take the drugs by simply choosing it from the map, the date of pick-up and he
can see all of the active orders he already has with the status of them. When there is
a status change the patient will have a push notification and he can access the
application and see if there was a rejection or a confirmation with the exact date that
the drug will be available on the pharmacy he wants. In this way, the time and the effort
that required to be spend will be quite smaller especially for patients that are not able
to move all the time.
